The analysis, data, and information provided by NexusAlert are generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI) for general informational and educational purposes only. This content does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should not make any investment decisions based solely on information from the Service. 5. Accuracy and AI-Generated Content

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. SEC filing data is sourced from the SEC's EDGAR system. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information provided through the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NexusAlert and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NexusAlert and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. SEC filing data is in the public domain; our AI-generated analysis and the platform itself are proprietary.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
